Core Drills for Concrete

Diamond core drills for concrete, reinforced concrete, and masonry

A core drilling machine with a diamond core bit drills smooth, precise holes in concrete without vibration or cracks—for ventilation, sewer, water supply, and electrical conduits, air conditioning and chimney inlets. VEVOR machines, 1500–3500 W, with a 1-1/4"-7 UNC thread, available in handheld and tripod models, for dry and wet drilling, Ø20–300 mm.

Hand-held core drills, 1500–2600 W

For hand drilling with a 20–180 mm diameter, 2 speeds, water supply connection; some models also feature a mixing function—for plumbers, electricians, and air conditioning installers.

Core drills with a stand, 2000–3500 W

Ø20–300 mm, stand with vacuum or anchor mounting, wheels for mobility, tilt adjustment, and kits with 4–10 core bits—for construction companies and professional core drilling.

Diamond core bits

Dry-drilling core bits, Ø25–102 mm, with M16 thread, adapters, and a center drill for an angle grinder or drill press; wet-drilling core bits Ø38–102 mm with 1-1/4"-7 thread, 356 mm drilling depth, laser-welded segments for reinforced concrete.

Frequently Asked Questions

Dry or wet drilling?

Wet drilling with a water supply is the standard method for reinforced concrete—it cools the drill bit, binds dust, and extends the drill bit’s life by 2–3 times; dry drilling is suitable for bricks, aerated concrete, and areas where water is not permitted.

What capacity is needed?

For diameters up to Ø100 mm, a 1,500–2,000 W handheld unit is sufficient; for diameters of Ø150–300 mm and reinforced concrete, choose a 3,000–3,500 W unit with a stand.

Will crown drills from other manufacturers work?

Yes—1-1/4"-7 UNC is the international standard and is compatible with core bits from Hilti, Husqvarna, and other manufacturers.
