What are the goals and why?
Attitude: Nowadays, we have already come to terms with e-shops, which are based on the same sales structure - to insert a product, to copy the product names of European wholesalers' warehouses, to publish for sale in an e-shop and to "catch" customers based on the lowest price strategy. We have reconciled that the seller is unable to explain the product in detail, as in fact he may have never seen it. We accept that we are misled by the fact that most e-shops are able to "take" funds from our account so quickly, and everything related to after-sales and sales service, the warranty is either slow or transferred to the customer's responsibility. A new guarantee of quality.
We have decided to install a new customer-oriented quality strategy in e-commerce and to define the 10 most important points, by fulfilling which we will definitely occupy a significant niche market among customers for whom such quality of service is important.
It is possible that each point is not unique in itself, but the set of all points is unique:
1. Product - the most important part.
In the e-shop, we publish proven products that we have touched in life, explored the features, and created live descriptions in both text and video form. Products that we have not personally rated as good and in line with sales value will not enter the store. Each product will be evaluated individually. With this point, we are ahead of about 95% of e-shops registered in Latvia.
2. Product availability
All products that have reached the e-shop shelf have been purchased in our warehouse. We will buy the products and then publish them for sale. At the moment, this is the best step to ensure fast delivery or receipt of shipments in our store on the day of ordering. 4. Knowledgeable salespeople, consultants.
One of the most important factors in creating a successful store and e-store is the staff and competent consultants, salespeople. You can be sure we are welcoming, know your product and will tell you more than just written on the packaging.
5. Usability, descriptions, images and videos.
One of the most important conditions for the customer to be satisfied with the shopping experience in the e-store is the ease of use of different types of devices. Accurate and extensive product descriptions, as many high-quality and correct visual materials as possible, video files. We will work especially hard on this section. 6. WarrantyThe word may sound trivial, but the warranty is an issue that affects us after the purchase and from experience, nothing can be more disappointing to the buyer than a disclaimer of warranty or a disinterested attitude on the part of the seller over the warranty.
We promise to address warranty issues as a matter of priority. If we have sold you a product that does not fulfill its function, then the primary is to exchange it for a new one and incur a loss. In some cases, branded goods such as JBL, Karcher, etc. we will change or service the warranty in accordance with the requirements of the brand representative. But we promise that we will do our best to make our customer satisfied.
7. Story behind the product.
We will provide you with unique self-created content about the products we sell on all of the above platforms. Yes, these reviews, unpacking product presentations require great resources from us, but we understand that a 1min long video will tell the customer more about the product than 1000 words of praise in text form. There will be new video views every day, which you will be able to follow in real time, ask questions of interest to you, comment and receive answers. By this point, we will be 99% ahead of our competitors.
Most of the products will reach our e-shop directly thanks to our customers. We will listen to your wishes, your suggestions in our social network competitions and surveys. We want to find out what you want. Whether it is a Valentine's Day gift for a girl or a Christmas present for a son and our task will be to procure these items on our store shelf. We will try to build our assortment based on emotionally interesting products, which we often see in various TikTok videos and which cannot be bought in standard online stores. Yes, we will take all these pencils and gadgets from Europe, China to stand out with our assortment and not be a shop selling a boring assortment of goods. In this way, we plan to outperform at least 95% of our competitors.
9. Customers need to give more than just take.
We will not only sell goods, but also give them to our followers on social networks. We will create campaigns that will delight our followers with raffles, contests and promotional promo codes. To please our followers, we occasionally disrupt our competitors' campaigns, which are unlikely to benefit us but our customers. We believe that customers should be surprised from time to time, just as we each occasionally pamper people close to us with a selfless gift or surprise. With this point, we plan to overtake at least 97% of our competitors.
