Frequently Asked Questions

How heavy should the vest be?

3–5 kg for running (up to 5% of body weight), 10–18 kg for pull-ups and push-ups; the adjustable vest allows you to start off light and gradually increase the weight.

Does the sandbag come with sand?

No—the bags are delivered empty with inner liner bags; a 25-kg bag of sand costs a few euros at a hardware store.

How long should the rope be?

A 9-meter rope with an anchor on the wall covers 2 × 4.5 meters—enough for a 3 × 4-meter room; a 38-mm diameter is standard for adults.
