Frequently Asked Questions

What are the dimensions of the service window for a trailer?

For a small trailer or kiosk – 91 × 61 cm; for a standard food truck – 122 × 91 cm; if served by two people at the same time – 135 × 84 cm.

How often should the exhaust fan filters be replaced?

Wash the lamella filters every week in the dishwasher or with a grease-dissolving detergent; replacement is necessary only in the event of mechanical damage.

How does the call system work?

Guests receive a tray when they place their order; when the food is ready, the bartender presses a button and the tray vibrates and flashes—there’s no need to call out numbers throughout the dining room.
