Frequently Asked Questions

A foldable or stationary reformer?

For a home with limited space—a foldable one (stored vertically); for a studio—a stationary wooden one with a box and a jump platform.

Does a dance pole damage the ceiling?

No—the bar is supported by the pressure between the floor and the ceiling on a wide plate; a solid ceiling (concrete, wood) is required, not a suspended ceiling.

A 40 mm or 45 mm rod?

45 mm is the standard for competitions and larger hands; 40 mm is for smaller hands and beginners, as it offers an easier grip.
