Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of mugs are suitable?

Only sublimation mugs with a polyester coating—ceramic, stainless steel tumblers, and thermos mugs—will work; a regular mug without a coating will not accept the image.

How long should it be pressed?

For a ceramic mug, ~180 °C for 150–180 seconds; for a steel tumbler, 150–180 seconds with heat-resistant tape; for a cap, ~150 °C for 30–45 seconds with HTV film.

Can the press also be used for thermos mugs?

Yes—models with a capacity of up to 850–900 g / 890 ml can also press 20–30 oz tumblers.
