Deionized Water Systems for Car Washing

DI Water Systems

Complete deionized water systems with resin capacities ranging from 5 to 10 liters, a TDS meter, and a bypass valve—ensure residue-free drying without streaks on painted surfaces, glass, and chrome parts.

Replacement cartridges and resin

Replacement DI resin cartridges are compatible with various VEVOR system models—the color-changing resin visually indicates when it needs to be replaced, ensuring consistent water quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a TDS meter, and why is it important? The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) meter displays the amount of dissolved minerals in the water in real time, allowing you to determine when the DI resin needs to be replaced to maintain sediment-free results.

How do you know when to replace the DI resin? Color-changing resins change color from dark blue to amber when they have been used up, while for blended resins, a TDS meter reading above 15–20 ppm serves as an indication that they need to be replaced.

Can a deionized water system also be used for washing windows? Yes, DI water systems are also widely used for cleaning windows and display cases, as they prevent water spots and droplet marks from forming on the glass surface after drying.
