Frequently Asked Questions

An S-type or A-type connector?

Most Latvian breweries use the S (Sankey) system for their kegs; the A system is used for German kegs. Check the type of your kegs before selecting a kit.

What else is needed for the beer tower to work?

A keg, a CO₂ cylinder with a regulator (already included in sets with the W21.8 regulator), and a refrigerator or cooler for the keg.

In what ways is a conical fermenter better than a bucket?

Yeast and sediment collect at the bottom of the cone and can be drained through the tap without spilling the beer—resulting in a cleaner drink and less oxidation.
