Warranty All items come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty (3 years for certain items), which applies equally to individuals and businesses. To file a warranty claim, email info@zemletes.lv with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns You may return an item within 14 days of receipt without filing a return request—simply contact us and provide your order number. We will issue a refund within 1–7 days after receiving the returned item.
For Businesses
We issue a VAT invoice for each order with your company’s details—please include your company name and VAT number when placing your order. The warranty for businesses is the same as for individuals—2 years. Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice is available.
