3-step simple installation: Create an opening measuring 160 × 57 cm, choose one of the installation heights 290–360 cm or 360–365 cm according to your needs. During installation, drill the fastening points, hang the attic ladder and secure with screws.
Hydraulically cushioned descent: Equipped with a special hydraulic rod that prevents sudden descent and accidents, ensuring slow and controlled movement. When closed, it fits snugly against the attic opening, providing a uniform and aesthetic appearance.
Easy closing: Includes a pull rod and ring for convenient opening and closing without additional tools. The insulated door panel provides thermal insulation and blends seamlessly into the interior.
158.8 kg load capacity: Made from corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy, ensuring durability and resistance to deformation. With sturdy hinges, support rods and 7.6 cm wide steps, the ladder can stably support two adults simultaneously.
Adjustable height: Includes 2 adjustable support feet, each 30 cm tall, to adapt to various installation conditions. If the ladder length is too long, it can be shortened and the non-slip feet included in the kit can be used.
Forget about sudden ladder drops – cushioned descent provides high safety, whilst the aluminium alloy and sturdy construction guarantee reliability. The ladder closes in one step using a pull hook and rod.

Warranty All items come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty (3 years for certain items), which applies equally to individuals and businesses. To file a warranty claim, email info@zemletes.lv with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns: You may return an item within 14 days of receipt without submitting a return request—simply contact us and provide your order number. We will issue a refund within 1–7 days after receiving the returned item.

For each order, we issue a VAT invoice with your company’s details—please include your company name and VAT number when placing your order. The warranty for businesses is the same as for individuals—2 years. Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice is available.
