Safe Heating Pad: This heated cat house is equipped with a 30W waterproof heating pad that provides a temperature increase of 19°C / 66.2°F and offers timer settings for 4/8/12/24 hours to keep your pet warm in winter or cold conditions. With built-in power loss protection and intelligent thermostat, it offers overheat and surge protection. (Note: The heating pad requires approximately 10 minutes to warm up – please be patient while it heats.)
Strong Insulation: The inner lining uses thermal insulation materials such as aluminium foil and pearl cotton, which effectively reflect and retain heat, preventing heat loss from the cat house. The package includes a blanket that helps retain your cat's warmth, working together with the heating pad to ensure your cat's belly and other body parts stay warm.
High Water Resistance: Constructed from 600D Oxford fabric, the interior is equipped with a PVC waterproof coating on all six walls. The entrance is equipped with a PVC curtain to reduce moisture and cold air infiltration, providing a comfortable outdoor heating shelter for your pet in rainy or winter conditions. The heating cable is wrapped in chew-resistant material to prevent pet bite damage, making it a reliable waterproof heated cat house.
Stable and Durable Construction: The outdoor cat house is equipped with 5 lifting feet and 4 wind anchors, ensuring it stays firmly in place on grass or muddy surfaces. A thick PP board in the middle provides additional support to guarantee stability and longevity for long-term use. Note: It is recommended to move the cat house indoors during heavy snowfall.
Private and Comfortable Design: The interior dimensions are 35×30 cm, suitable for medium and small cats. It has 2 exits and a removable transparent door panel with exit dimensions of 20×22 cm, ensuring your pet does not feel trapped in the cat house. Friendly reminder: In extreme weather conditions, such as rain or snow, please move the heated cat house immediately to avoid prolonged exposure to wet conditions, ensuring your pet's comfort and safety. It is not recommended for cats longer than 35 cm to enter the cat shelter.
We deliver throughout Latvia within 3–7 business days; in some cases (items from a partner’s warehouse, holiday periods, high order volume), delivery may take up to 10 business days—in which case we will notify you. Omniva, DPD, and Latvijas Pasts pickup points – €2.99; free for orders of €100 or more. Door-to-door delivery by courier – €7.99; free for orders of €300 or more. Large and heavy items (e.g., stoves, compressors, furniture) are delivered only by courier. Select a pickup point or delivery address when placing your order. We’ll notify you via email at every step—confirmation, shipment, and tracking number.
Warranty All items come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty (3 years for certain items), which applies equally to individuals and businesses. To file a warranty claim, email info@zemletes.lv with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns: You may return an item within 14 days of receipt without submitting a return request—simply contact us and provide your order number. We will issue a refund within 1–7 days after receiving the returned item.
For businesses:
For each order, we issue a VAT invoice with your company’s details—please include your company name and VAT number when placing your order. The warranty for businesses is the same as for individuals—2 years. Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice is available.
