Efficient grinding performance: The industrial electric mill machine is equipped with a powerful 3000 W pure copper motor that delivers up to 100 kg/h output at 1400 rpm, providing more efficient grinding compared to 2200 W models. The mill is fitted with two durable grinding discs, three stainless steel scrapers and a rotating shaft that grinds material into powder. The package includes four discs for easy replacement.

Adjustable grinding fineness: The electric grain mill is easy to use — with two buttons for switching the machine on and off. The fineness adjustment knob allows you to set the powder coarseness from 0 to 50 mesh sizes according to different materials. Turn the knob anticlockwise for coarser powder, or clockwise for finer grinding — this reduces wear on the grinding discs.

Thoughtful and quality components: A large-capacity food-grade stainless steel hopper increases work efficiency — it is easy to clean and refill. The machine has a feed valve that allows you to regulate the amount of raw material and feed speed. The powder discharge channel is equipped with a powerful magnetic device that collects metal particles, ensuring product purity. The overload protection system automatically activates in case of overload, protecting the motor from damage.

Our 3000 W commercial grain mill machine is suitable for grinding all types of oily, fibrous or plant-based, dry, hard and sugary materials. It is widely used in the food industry, processing plants, markets, farms and households.

Production capacity: 100 kg/h. The machine is equipped with a coarseness and fineness adjustment valve that allows you to set the powder fineness (0–50 mesh sizes). Parameters can also be adjusted during grinding. It is recommended to first obtain coarser powder, then — especially fine grinding.

The electric mill machine operates with two counter-rotating grinding discs that, when in contact, grind the material. The pulverising cover and grinding chamber are precisely matched with a toothed curve design that reduces noise and vibration. Three scrapers ensure especially fine grinding.

A large hopper with feed adjustment valve allows easy control of feed quantity. A special discharge channel with a magnetic metal particle collection device ensures fast and clean discharge. Multiple ventilation openings improve air circulation and motor heat dissipation.
