3 kg Melting Furnace
This gold melting furnace has a capacity of 3 kg and is equipped with a high-purity ceramic crucible. The furnace heats up quickly to 1150 °C. Without the crucible it reaches 1000 °C in approximately 12–20 minutes, and with the crucible — approximately 20–30 minutes.
High-Purity Crucible
The electric melting furnace kit includes a ceramic crucible with high thermal conductivity, which helps reduce metal melting time. The crucible's grooved pouring spout allows for more precise and convenient pouring of molten metal.
Advanced PID Module
The electric furnace is equipped with a digital PID temperature control module that provides precise temperature control. The melting chamber temperature is checked every 2 seconds, helping to maintain a stable and precise metal melting process and reducing the risk of overheating or insufficient heating.
Thoughtful Design
The melting furnace is equipped with insulation grilles that reduce the risk of contact with the hot melting chamber. The crucible tongs included in the kit allow for safe removal, while the compact body with two handles makes the furnace easy to move and use.

Warranty All items come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty (3 years for certain items), which applies equally to individuals and businesses. To file a warranty claim, email info@zemletes.lv with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns: You may return an item within 14 days of receipt without submitting a return request—simply contact us and provide your order number. We will issue a refund within 1–7 days after receiving the returned item.

For each order, we issue a VAT invoice with your company’s details—please include your company name and VAT number when placing your order. The warranty for businesses is the same as for individuals—2 years. Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice is available.
