Tips for you
- Clean the dent surface.
- Heat the glue stick with the glue gun and apply it to the pulling tabs.
- Attach the pulling tabs to the dent and wait approximately 2 minutes.
- Position the dent puller and adjust the head height so it fits precisely to the pulling tabs.
- Slowly pull the tabs until they separate from the glue.
- Spray a little alcohol and use a scraper to remove glue residue.
- Clean the surface with a cleaning cloth to complete the process.

Warranty All items come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty (3 years for certain items), which applies equally to individuals and businesses. To file a warranty claim, email info@zemletes.lv with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns You may return an item within 14 days of receipt without filing a return request—simply contact us and provide your order number. We will issue a refund within 1–7 days after receiving the returned item.
For Businesses
We issue a VAT invoice for each order with your company’s details—please include your company name and VAT number when placing your order. The warranty for businesses is the same as for individuals—2 years. Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice is available.
