We deliver throughout Latvia within 3–7 business days; in some cases (items from a partner’s warehouse, holiday periods, high order volume), delivery may take up to 10 business days—in which case we will notify you. Omniva, DPD, and Latvijas Pasts pickup points – €2.99; free for orders of €100 or more. Door-to-door delivery by courier – €7.99; free for orders of €300 or more. Large and heavy items (e.g., stoves, compressors, furniture) are delivered only by courier. Select a pickup point or delivery address when placing your order. We’ll notify you via email at every step—confirmation, shipment, and tracking number.
Warranty All items come with a 2-year official manufacturer’s warranty (3 years for certain items), which applies equally to individuals and businesses. To file a warranty claim, email info@zemletes.lv with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Returns: You may return an item within 14 days of receipt without submitting a return request—simply contact us and provide your order number. We will issue a refund within 1–7 days after receiving the returned item.
For businesses:
For each order, we issue a VAT invoice with your company’s details—please include your company name and VAT number when placing your order. The warranty for businesses is the same as for individuals—2 years. Payment by bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice is available.
