The condensation tank capacity is increased, and the water pump provides automatic condensate circulation to guarantee sufficient cooling. When fermenting 2 kg of rice, you will obtain 4 kg of mash, and you can also distil approximately 2.5 kg of spirit.

Equipped with a convenient carrying handle. A thermometer (0–150 °C) allows you to monitor real-time temperature. Food-grade materials: Both the fermentation tank and cooling tank are made from food-grade stainless steel, which provides longer service life and corrosion resistance. The condensation pipe is made from stainless steel, which, compared with copper pipes, does not form copper oxidation and is less prone to rust and damage. The seals and water pipes are made from food-grade silicone, safe and durable.
