TP-Link VIGI InSight S485 is an 8 MP turret-type IP security camera with a 1/2.7" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor and 4K Ultra HD resolution. The camera delivers detailed imagery and is designed for professional security camera systems.
4 mm fixed lens
The camera is equipped with a 4 mm fixed lens with F1.6 aperture. The horizontal field of view is 91.5°, vertical 46.1°, and diagonal 109.6°. The 4 mm lens provides a narrower and longer-range view compared to the 2.8 mm version.
24-hour Full-Colour monitoring
Full-Colour technology delivers colour imagery even in low-light conditions. The camera uses IR and white light to ensure visibility in complete darkness.
IR and white light illumination up to 30 m
The camera features 4 IR LEDs and 4 white light LEDs with an operating range of up to 30 m. Illumination can be enabled and disabled automatically, on schedule, or manually.
AI human and vehicle classification
The camera uses intelligent object classification to distinguish humans and vehicles from other moving objects. This helps reduce false alarms and more effectively manage security events.
People & Vehicle Analytics
VIGI analytics allows you to search and filter people or vehicles of interest by various attributes, significantly simplifying the location of required events in video recordings.

The Active Defence function allows you to use integrated audio and visual warnings to deter unwanted persons from the protected area.
Two-way audio
The built-in microphone and speaker enable two-way audio communication, allowing you to remotely listen to the surrounding environment and communicate with persons near the camera.
H.265+ video compression
H.265+ compression reduces the required network bandwidth and video storage space while maintaining high image quality. TP-Link states that H.265+ can save up to 57.5% space compared to H.264 and 15% compared to H.265.
Local recording
The camera supports microSD card for local video storage, in addition to an NVR or central security camera system.
PoE power supply
The camera supports 12 V DC and PoE power supply, allowing data transmission and power supply to be provided via a single Ethernet cable.
IP67 protection
IP67 protection rating provides protection against dust and water, making the camera suitable for outdoor use.
