Dahua XVR5104HS-4KL-I3/T is a 4-channel Penta-brid digital video recorder with WizSense artificial intelligence features. It supports HDCVI, AHD, TVI, CVBS and IP security cameras, allowing you to use cameras of different technologies in one video surveillance system. The device has 4 BNC analogue video inputs with automatic HDCVI, AHD, TVI and CVBS signal recognition.
HDCVI cameras are supported up to 4K resolution, while 4K recording is possible up to 15 frames/s, and 5 MP recording up to 25 frames/s. The video recorder supports up to 8 IP cameras with resolution up to 8 MP each. Incoming, recording and outgoing network bandwidth is up to 64 Mb/s.
WizSense features include 4-channel AcuPick, 4-channel perimeter protection, 2-channel face detection, 2-channel face recognition and 4-channel SMD Plus. SMD Plus is designed to distinguish between people and vehicles, helping to reduce false alarms that can be caused by leaves, rain and lighting changes. Face recognition supports up to 10 face databases with a total of up to 20,000 images.
The video recorder provides 4-channel AI Coding, which helps reduce recording data volume and network bandwidth usage while preserving essential object detail. AI video quality analysis is also available on 4 channels, scene change detection, irregular black block masking detection, EPTZ and privacy protection.
The device provides 4-channel two-way audio communication over coaxial cable. Video output is provided by HDMI and VGA connections, with HDMI supporting resolution up to 3840 × 2160. A RJ45 Ethernet port is available for network connection, and two USB 2.0 ports for connecting external devices and data backup.
One SATA slot is provided for recording storage with support for hard drives up to 16 TB. Video compression uses AI Coding, Smart H.265+, H.265, Smart H.264+ and H.264. The device operates on 12 V DC power supply, and its power consumption without a hard drive is less than 7 W.
