32 channel professional security camera system
Dahua NVR5232-EI2 is a 32 channel WizSense network video recorder with 1U chassis, designed for larger IP security camera systems. It supports IP cameras with resolution up to 32 MP and provides up to 448 Mb/s incoming, recording and outgoing network bandwidth when AI functions are not activated.
Powerful WizSense AI analytics
The recorder features integrated facial detection and recognition, video metadata analysis, perimeter protection, SMD Plus, AcuPick, WizSeek and text-defined alarm events. SMD Plus operates on up to 16 channels, perimeter protection on up to 8 channels, and AcuPick on up to 4 channels with AI in the recorder.
AcuPick and WizSeek
AcuPick enables more efficient searching for required events and objects in video footage, whilst WizSeek provides target-based search with compatible cameras supporting AcuPick, IVS or metadata. WizSeek can model up to 345,600 objects per day.
Facial recognition
The facial recognition system supports up to 20 facial databases and up to 30,000 facial images with total capacity up to 3.75 GB. Facial profiles can also store additional attributes such as name, gender, date of birth and identification information.
2 HDD bays
The video recorder has 2 SATA ports, and the manufacturer specifies capacity up to 26 TB per disk. This provides large potential video archive volume, whilst iSCSI allows use of external network storage.
8K HDMI output
NVR5232-EI2 is equipped with HDMI output supporting resolution up to 7680 × 4320. This allows use of 8K display for detailed security camera system management and image viewing.
High decoding performance
The device can decode up to 32 × 1080p @ 30 fps, as well as up to 10 × 8 MP @ 30 fps. When AI is activated, decoding capabilities are adjusted to available system resources.
Efficient video compression
Supported formats include Smart H.265+, H.265, Smart H.264+, H.264 and MJPEG. This helps reduce disk space occupied by recordings and network load whilst maintaining required video quality.
Broad integration and remote access
NVR supports ONVIF Profile T, S, G and M, as well as CGI and SDK. iOS and Android mobile access is available, whilst compatibility with cameras from various manufacturers allows NVR use in existing security camera infrastructure.
