Dahua IPC-HFW2649S-S-IL-0280B is a 6 MP wired IP security camera with Smart Dual Light illumination, fixed focus 2.8 mm lens and bullet-type metal housing. The camera delivers up to 3288 × 1850 pixel resolution, IR illumination up to 30 m, warm light illumination up to 30 m, human and vehicle classification, built-in microphone, PoE power supply, MicroSD card support up to 256 GB and IP67 protection.
6 MP resolution for detailed monitoring
The camera uses a 1/2.7″ CMOS image sensor and delivers up to 3288 × 1850 pixel resolution. It is suitable for homes, offices, shops, warehouses, entrances, courtyards and other monitoring areas where clear and detailed images are required.
2.8 mm lens for wider coverage
Fixed focus 2.8 mm lens provides 112° horizontal, 61° vertical and 132° diagonal viewing angle. It allows monitoring a larger area with a single camera.
Smart Dual Light illumination
Smart Dual Light technology combines infrared and warm light illumination. Normally the camera uses IR illumination at night, but when a target is detected, it can switch on warm light to obtain a more informative colour image.
Night vision up to 30 m
Built-in IR diode and warm light diode provide illumination up to 30 m. This helps obtain clear images in low light conditions and during dark hours of the day.
Human and vehicle classification
The camera supports human and vehicle classification for intrusion and line crossing detection. This helps reduce false alarms and more accurately capture important events.
SMD Plus for more accurate motion detection
SMD Plus function helps distinguish significant motion events from less important moving objects. This improves alarm event accuracy in daily video surveillance.
Efficient video compression
Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+ encoding help reduce data stream and storage volume while maintaining good video quality.
Built-in microphone for audio recording
The camera has a built-in microphone for real-time audio recording. This allows capturing sound near the camera in addition to video.
Local recording storage
The camera supports MicroSD cards up to 256 GB, as well as FTP, SFTP and NAS storage. This allows saving video recordings locally or on network storage.
PoE power supply and IP67 protection
