Dahua SD5A425GB-HNR is a professional 4 MP PTZ IP camera with a 1/2.8″ CMOS sensor and maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440 pixels. The camera delivers up to 25/30 frames/s, ensuring detailed images even during dynamic surveillance.
25x optical zoom
The camera is equipped with a powerful 5–125 mm lens and 25x optical zoom. The horizontal field of view ranges from 51.9° in wide-angle to just 3° at maximum zoom, allowing you to monitor both large areas and distant objects.
Starlight technology
Starlight technology delivers quality images in very low light conditions. Minimum illumination is 0.005 lx in colour mode and 0.0005 lx in black and white mode.
IR night vision up to 150 m
Four integrated IR LEDs provide night vision up to 150 m. IR illumination can be automatically adjusted based on zoom level or controlled manually.
PTZ functionality
The camera provides 360° continuous pan and vertical movement from -15° to +90° with automatic 180° flip. Pan speed reaches 300°/s, whilst vertical speed reaches 200°/s. At preset positions, the camera moves up to 400°/s horizontally.
Auto Tracking 3.0
The automatic tracking function allows the camera to follow moving objects using intelligent analytics algorithms. This is particularly suitable for large area, perimeter and public facility surveillance.
AI and perimeter protection
The camera supports deep learning algorithms and IVS analytics. Intrusion, virtual line crossing, loitering, rapid movement, object left/removed and vehicle parking detection are available. People and vehicles are classified to reduce false alarms.
SMD 4.0 and AcuPick
SMD 4.0 provides intelligent classification of people and vehicles. AcuPick technology helps quickly locate specific people or vehicles in live and recorded video.
Face detection and video metadata
The camera supports face detection, face image capture and enhancement, as well as video metadata analysis of people, faces, vehicles and other objects.
People counting
Built-in analytics allow counting people entering and leaving, as well as generating people flow statistics.
Image enhancement
The camera supports WDR up to 120 dB, 2D/3D noise reduction, BLC, HLC, ROI and other image enhancement modes. This helps preserve detail in high-contrast or variable lighting situations.
Efficient video compression
H.265, H.264 and Smart H.265+/H.264+ codecs are supported, reducing video data stream and storage space required whilst maintaining high image quality.
Local recording
The camera supports microSD memory cards up to 512 GB, as well as FTP, SFTP and NAS network storage.
PoE+ power supply
The camera supports PoE+ power supply, allowing data transmission and power supply via a single network cable.
Durable housing
The camera is designed for professional outdoor use. The housing has IP67 protection rating and IK10 impact resistance rating.
