Return policy:

We are satisfied with our customers. If you wish to return an item, please call us or Whatsap us at +371 25633444 or send a free form email to info@zemletes.lv with your order number. We would be grateful if you could mention the reason for the return. After confirmation, you or someone else you agree with should deliver the goods to ZEMLETES.LV store at 15a Cesvaines Street, Riga (we are located in LEDakcijas.lv store premises) or send via Omniva parcel to Mego parcel at 2 Saharova Street with the recipient number +371 25633444 and a description of the problem. The returned item must be in the exact condition in which it was received - in the original packaging (or box), without any signs of use.

Refunds will be issued within 1 day to 1 week of receipt of the returned goods (excluding delivery charges). Cost of returning the goods postage, courier or transport are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or not as described.

We will look into the problem and agree the best solution for you. The goods will not be replaced or repaired if the damage is caused by failure to follow the instructions and conditions of use.
