Payments

1. All prices in zemletes.lv shop are inclusive of 21% value added tax.

2. The prices shown for the products do not include delivery and installation.

3. When you place an order through this website, filling in the required data, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered, an invoice/receipt will be automatically generated for you. You have the option to pay for the goods using the payment and payment tools integrated in the Online Shop.The invoice is generated electronically and is valid without signature. Upon receipt of payment, the order will be prepared for delivery to the courier and a delivery note will be generated and we will inform you of the status of the order by e-mail or SMS. The Seller shall ensure delivery of the goods within 2-30 days from receipt of payment for the goods.

4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall send the form of the cancellation letter to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request. The Buyer shall return the Goods to the Seller within 7 days of the date of the letter of withdrawal. Any costs incurred in returning the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

5. Article 12, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold the refund fee in the event that the goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow the instructions during use, if the original packaging of the goods has been lost or if the packaging of the goods is substantially damaged.

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him/her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order to the e-mail address provided.
